These turned out light and fluffy inside and crispy outside. I used whole milk and it was fine. I cut this down by half and got 6 waffles from this using a standard round waffle iron. I’ve made these twice and they’ve turned out great both times. This is a keeper!

I did the 6x, as I was having daughter and great grand children for a few days.
Plus my baby girl who lives not too far asked if she could have some with pecans in them, so I obliged.
They were wonderful! I used whole teas of vanilla, added 1/2 kefir& 1/2 milk & used 2 Tbl of honey. Also baked them in my silicone forms @ 425 for 12-15 min. Till golden brown.
